Růžena "Rosa" Roubíček (1930)

She was born on 30 May 1886 in Německý Brod (present-day Havlíčkův Brod, Czech Republic) to Karel and Emma Pollak, originally from Úsobí.

On 28 July 1918, at the age of 32, she married Karel Roubíček, a butcher from Horní Cerekev, who had been born on 19 August 1880 in Jihlava to Sofie and Eduard.

The couple lived together in Prague VII, at 868 Argentinská Street.

She died on 30 April 1930 in Prague at the age of 44, from cancer.

After her death, her husband Karel remarried. However, both he and his second wife, Irma, were killed during the Holocaust, most likely during — or shortly after — a deportation transport from Prague to Łódź in 1941.
