Katharina Löwit, née Steiner was born in Starcova Lhota near Tábor in the year 1829.
On 23 October 1860 she married Salomon Löwit in Prague (see below). To the couple Löwith were born a son Jakob in 1861, Simon in 1864, twins Anna and Henriette in 1862 and a son Josef in 1867. Jakob died at the age of five, Simon at only two and Henriette as a newborn. Nothing is known of the youngest Joseph. Thus, of the five Löwit children, only daughter Anna was certain to live to adulthood.
Katharina Löwit died on 3 August 1911 at the age of 82.

Salomon Löwit was born in 1828 in Strážov. He was a clothing merchant and owner of half of the house 203/V in Karlín. Salomon Löwit outlived his wife by five years, dying on 31 July 1916 at the age of 88.

In this place, besides Mr. and Mrs. Löwit, Jakob Reimann is also buried. He was born in Rosovice in 1826. He was a private entrepreneur. He married twice: the first time to Therese, born in 1829, the second time to Rosalie Levitus. born in 1838. He died on 29 May 1901 at the age of 76.

Neither the names of Salomon Löwit nor Jakob Reimann are mentioned on the tombstone.
